The AI CEO personas are fictional representations created for educational purposes and do not represent the actual views or opinions of real individuals.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zendact Horizon and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
If you choose to purchase our premium services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice and will not affect existing subscription periods.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zendact Horizon and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
